1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Yumistry application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yumistry is an AI-powered cooking companion that provides recipe generation, cooking guidance, and voice control features. The App uses artificial intelligence to create personalized recipes and provide cooking instructions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your account information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription:

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your App Store account settings

5. User Content

When you create, share, or save recipes within the App, you retain ownership of your content while granting us a license to use, modify, and display it for providing our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-generated recipes and content:

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • Users should exercise judgment when following AI-generated recipes
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of following AI-generated instructions

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the App
  • Share inappropriate or harmful content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumistry and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Food Safety and Allergies

Users acknowledge that:

  • Recipe suggestions may not account for all possible food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Users are responsible for checking ingredients for potential allergens
  • Users should follow proper food safety guidelines when preparing recipes

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
